Community As Classroom Internship-Earn Credit Hours While Building Your Resume

The UB Center for Urban Studies is looking for students to work as instructors in a project based learning program in an elementary school in Buffalo’s Fruit Belt neighborhood beginning in the Fall 2015 Semester. With a one academic year comittment, students participating in this program can earn up to 3 hours of academic credit per semester, while gaining the type of experience that will give you an edge in the job market.

You w i l l work alongside other UB students to design curriculum, create fun and engaging activities, and watch your ideas come to life as you work with middle school students in a project based learning environment. This is a great opportunity to network with teachers, administrators, and other UB students, all while developing project management skills and earning academic credits.
