The Nutrition and Health Research lab is looking for 2-3 committed Research Assistants for Fall 2016 and Spring 2017 (you may start in summer if you would like) (Department of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences, School of Public Health and Health Professions.) Our laboratory studies eating behavior in adults and adolescents.

We are beginning a longitudinal research project looking at the factors related to teen eating behavior and body composition. We will only accept dedicated and passionate research assistants who can commit to two consecutive semesters (or more) or service in the lab. Duties will include running adolescent participants in laboratory experiments, scheduling participants, entering and analyzing data, maintaining inventory, food portioning, and working in a team of undergraduate interns and graduate research assistants.

We are looking for individuals with good communication and organizational skills, who learn quickly and are able to work independently. Previous research experience is not required, but is a plus. Each position requires a commitment of at least 10-15 hours per week during the school year, during the hours of 1pm-8pm, Monday-Saturday. You must be able to work at least one week night from 1pm-8pm.
