2nd Annual Multicultural Leadership Institute

The second annual Multicultural Leadership Institute (MLI), hosted on the University at Buffalo campus, is for current and emerging student leaders who have a commitment to diversity and inclusion and to making all students feel more connected to UB. The theme for this year’s MLI is “Protecting your peace while advocating for social justice” With a focus on health and wellness, community engagement, and social justice, this free two-day institute will provide students the opportunity to engage with faculty, staff, and other students in meaningful activities and dialogue.

Participants in the MLI will: 
– Make meaningful connections with UB constituents that will support leadership development and promote social change 
– Learn about diversity, multiculturalism, social justice, and identify campus resources and opportunities
– Invest in making UB a more inclusive and socially just community.
