RA’s are assigned a permanent schedule each
semester (e.g. an RA will work Tuesdays, 8 am-4 pm every week during the Fall
semester)
Once a schedule has been agreed to by the RA and
the Research Coordinator, the RA is expected to work all scheduled shifts or
find coverage
RA’s are expected to periodically cover shifts
of other RA’s who request off. This
ensures that all RA’s can have flexibility when needed.
RA’s are invited back to the program and
schedules are changed each semester depending upon the RA’s performance and
availability (e.g. Fall, Winter Break, Spring, Summer)
Prospective RA’s should be available to work for a minimum
of 2 semesters
