Matchwell is a revolutionary healthcare marketplace that is changing the way clinicians and healthcare facilities connect. We are currently looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join our world-class FULLY REMOTE team!

THE OPPORTUNITY In a nutshell, the Onboarding Specialist will ensure each clinician in the Matchwell platform is fully credentialed and help them through the process of being placed with our partner clients. This role will encompass the following: • Becoming an expert on the platform and guiding the clinician through the credentialing process • Building relationships with clinicians • Delivering results and placing highly qualified clinicians at our partner clients • Educate clinicians about platform upgrades and best practices on an ongoing basis • Continuously promoting clinician engagement via the platform • Work with Matchwell Sales and Delivery team to deliver high-level results for clinicians • Helping tech operations define the role and advancement of the platform You’ll be a perfect fit if you possess the following: • Positive Fun-loving Attitude • Strong problem-solving ability and instincts • High-level communication and relationship building skills • Impeccable integrity • Service Mentality • Ability to work quickly and manage competing priorities • The internal drive and passion to grow within a fast-growing and exciting company • Experience in healthcare staffing preferred but not required • Bachelors preferred but not required • Minimal travel (only for corporate outings and an occasional conference) (Post Covid) Benefits include: • Fully remote opportunity • Competitive compensation with opportunities for team-based bonuses • Full benefits package with employer-paid medical premiums • Monthly technology stipend and all equipment provided • 401k offered • Unlimited PTO, including volunteer days
