43North is an accelerator program that invests $5 million per year to attract and retain high-growth startups in Buffalo, NY.

Portfolio & Selection

The Portfolio Application Intern will play a key role in supporting 43North’s application process leading up to their annual startup competition. This individual will have a hand in recruiting applicants, assisting companies with questions during the application process, and screening applicants for quality and fit.

Marketing

The Marketing Intern will play a key role in supporting 43North’s marketing team leading up to our annual startup competition in the fall. This individual will support all marketing team members, including assisting with content creation, gathering art assets and images for the creative team, organizing, and serving as an on-the-ground resource for in-person events.

Events

The events intern assists with the planning and execution of events for our current portfolio companies leading up to 43North Finals week. Events include weekly Bagel Tuesdays, quarterly community education events, cultural tours around Buffalo, press events, career fairs, and more.
