4th Annual MDA Tailgate Fundraiser October 26th before the Bills game!

The Muscular Dystrophy Association – Buffalo Bills fundraiser is back for its fourth year! This year, due to the Bills’ success, it’s going to be a bit different, however, the mission remains the same! Instead of a percentage of ticket sales, we will be asking for contributions, whatever you can, to our cause and to join our tailgate for the Thursday night game on October 26th against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers!
This fundraiser is in honor of Nathan Apotosky, a Duchenne’s muscular dystrophy champion and passionate Bills fan who passed away before ever being able to attend a regular season Bills game due to his limited mobility. He was a guest speaker at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences for over 10 years, educating hundreds of now-physicians about his disease and his interactions with healthcare as a whole. For the past couple of years, we’ve tailgated and raised money in his honor. This fundraiser is organized entirely by current JSMBS students! The aforementioned tailgate is a great place for pre-medical students to interact with current students and learn more about their experience!
