The NCAA postgraduate internship program represents one of the most rewarding and transformational opportunities for individuals seeking to launch their careers within the athletics industry. NCAA leadership development seeks your assistance in ensuring the 2023-24 internship class is composed of talented individuals poised to serve as future leaders within college sports.

The application for the 2023-24 PGIP is now available on NCAA Program Hub and will remain open until Tuesday, Sept. 6 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. 

With a focus on ethnic minorities, women and former student-athletes, this yearlong program gives insight to the inner workings of college sports from the national perspective. Interns over the past 30 years have gone on to serve as key decision-makers across college athletics at the institutional and conference level.

Positions are available across all functional areas at the NCAA including administrative services, championships and alliances, communications, executive affairs, governance, inclusion, education and community engagement and regulatory affairs.

Key Dates

• Application deadline: Tuesday, Sept. 6 at 5 p.m. Eastern time.
• 2023-24 PGIP start date: Tuesday, June 20, 2023.
