| Role Description: We are currently seeking undergraduate students to serve as our Blackstone LaunchPad Student Assistants for project-based student assistant. The major focus of this position is student outreach and recruitment. Work to be performed includes but is not limited to: Creating marketing materials as directed print, online, and social media platforms. Recruiting students to engage in programming by hosting Pop-up events & tabling. Develop and host LaunchPads events (i.e.: competitions, monthly-pitch competition, Open Coffee Club, and Innovation sprints). Assist with tracking of LaunchPad metrics and registration. Promoting a startup culture on campus and in the community. Candidates need to have strong oral and written communication skills to be successful in this position. The position may also require other duties as assigned that are needed by the Center and/or tasks that utilize this person’s personal interests or talents. |
