Workshop: Recognizing Your Leadership Journey

Join us for a workshop where students will reflect on their leadership journey and where they have found themselves to be leaders so far in their life. Through an activity students will outline how their lives have shaped their leadership and what sort of leadership roles they have taken on from a young age to the present.

Through the activities and facilitated discussion during this workshop, students will be able to identify their own leadership style and how they can use that to their advantage in different leadership roles. Students will also be able to recognize that all styles of leadership are important and useful in real life.
